Duties & Responsibilities
- Actively sell personal lines insurance products, including auto, home, renters, and umbrella coverage
- Lead consultative sales conversations to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Confidently overcome objections and ask for the sale in every interaction
- Manage both inbound leads and maintain robust outbound call activity to maximize sales opportunities
- Follow up consistently with prospects and clients to nurture relationships and manage a full sales pipeline
- Contribute to agency premium and item count goals through effective sales strategies
- Drive individual and team sales performance to meet or exceed established targets
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary with unlimited commission potential
- Average annual earnings for producers exceed $64,000, with top performers reaching $84,000 to $96,000+
- Monthly team bonus program based on total premium and item count goals, with bonuses ranging from $250 to $750 per person
- Paid time off (PTO): 32 hours after 90 days
- Year 1: 1 week paid vacation plus 32 hours PTO (9 days total)
- Year 2: 2 weeks paid vacation plus 32 hours PTO (14 days total)

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Georgia Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Previous experience with Allstate, insurance sales, or sales training is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
