Licensed Insurance Agent (P&C, Remote) - Summary- Remote insurance sales and service position focused on Property & Casualty products
- Requires prior State Farm insurance experience and active licensing
- Key role in customer relationship management, policy sales, and client support
- Full-time remote opportunity with growth potential
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Identify and develop new insurance service opportunities with both new and existing clients
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about coverage, eligibility, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Educate clients on insurance options using a needs-based approach
- Prepare insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close sales
- Build and maintain ongoing networking relationships within the market area
- Demonstrate consistent work ethic and commitment to daily success
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to management
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, and technical developments
- Base salary range: $35,000 - $42,000 depending on licensing and experience
