Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will provide comprehensive support to clients regarding policy changes, billing inquiries, claims, and general insurance questions. You will ensure clients receive thorough information about insurance products and services, process policy applications and renewals, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients in person, over the phone, and via email, delivering friendly and professional customer service at every interaction.
- Process policy updates, renewals, and billing inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist customers with policy applications, changes, and renewals, ensuring timely and clear communication throughout the process.
