Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding insurance products, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing issues
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance options
- Facilitate policy updates, transfers, and claim submissions with attention to detail
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and agency success on a daily basis
- Maintain organizational standards by ensuring timely and thorough reporting of activities to agency leadership
- Remain current on insurance product changes, technical developments, and required continuing education

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
