- Provide accurate, friendly, and timely support for claims submissions and policy servicing, ensuring clients receive the guidance they need throughout their insurance journey.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to success by maintaining a positive work ethic, consistently striving to exceed client expectations, and supporting agency goals.
- Schedule and secure appointments with prospective and current clients, including generating leads through outbound efforts.

- Active Property & Casualty license is required (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
