Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C) - Summary- Full-time, in-office position in Plant City, FL
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert insurance service and support
- Contribute to business growth and client retention through exceptional service and relationship building
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up
- Develop new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing matters
- Educate clients on insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process
- Prepare insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close new business
- Foster networking relationships to promote agency growth
- Maintain a strong work ethic with daily commitment to success and client satisfaction
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent
