Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C, Life & Health) - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients seeking insurance information and support.
- Utilize active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses to guide customers through insurance options.
- Work in a collaborative, in-office environment in Grand Rapids, MI.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries both in person and via telephone or digital communication platforms.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance products and coverage options.
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims processes, ensuring a seamless experience throughout.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Active Life and Health license preferred.
- Previous experience with State Farm or another insurance provider is preferred but not required.
