Marketing Campaign Analyst - Summary
The Marketing Campaign Analyst is responsible for supporting the execution and management of end-to-end marketing campaigns, driving operational improvements, and facilitating communication between key stakeholders. The analyst develops business requirements, documents processes, and ensures effective project delivery for new products and retail campaigns, playing a pivotal role in aligning operational capabilities with marketing objectives. Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive documentation and business requirements for new marketing and operational initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive consensus on system and process changes, ensuring timely implementation and enhancing operational efficiency across marketing and retail operations.
- Identify operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions in collaboration with various departments, including Marketing, IT, Operations, Legal, and Regulatory.
- Evaluate and optimize business processes, establishing controls and maintaining detailed process documentation to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of retail campaigns, new product launches, and related projects, applying robust project management and change management techniques to achieve successful outcomes.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment throughout all phases of campaign execution.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
- At least two years of professional experience in end-to-end campaign execution and project management, ideally within the marketing or energy sectors.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, including but not limited to Marketing, IT, Operations, Legal, and Regulatory groups.
- Strong skills in gathering business requirements, designing operational processes, and implementing optimization strategies.
- Preferred background includes experience in operations, IT, project management, or consulting roles.
