The MDM Architect plays a critical role within the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) function, collaborating with the Office of Data Analytics & Performance (DAP) in the Health and Human Services System business domain. This position is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of robust Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The MDM Architect will work on a multi-terabyte MDM initiative, ensuring master data is trustworthy, governed, and easily accessible throughout the organization. This role is ideal for professionals with advanced expertise in Informatica, ETL development, and enterprise data best practices, who are passionate about enabling data-driven decision-making within large and complex data environments.

MDM Architect - Summary- Lead the design and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions within the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) team.
- Collaborate with the Office of Data Analytics & Performance (DAP) in the Health and Human Services System business domain.
- Drive initiatives focused on trustworthy, governed, and accessible master data to support multi-terabyte enterprise data environments.
- Enable integrated analytics and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

- Advanced experience with Informatica and ETL development.
- Thorough understanding of Enterprise Information Management (EIM) best practices.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing Master Data Management solutions.
- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter and developing custom solutions in this environment.
- Proficiency with data modeling tools such as Erwin, ERStudio, or equivalent toolsets.
- Detail-oriented professional with a strong background in MDM architecture and enterprise data management.
