Specialty Anesthesiologists Coverage Needed April 2025 December 2025 Potential to extend Schedule Mostly OR, potential some clinic Available Monday Friday 7a 3p Call required Can offer flexibility in schedule Anticipated Procedures/Surgeries per Week: Depends on week but typically 4-5 per day, cataracts are usually 10/day Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: When on call, medical direction of 2-3 rooms. When not on call, usually solo cases. Pre-call person usually in endo/OB/bronch Required Procedures General ANES Intubation IV placement Spinal Epidural for post op pain (not OB) Arterial Line Central Line Non-operating room assignments could include: o Interventional Rad o Electrophysiology (no SVTs) o General and Interventional Endoscopy No OB, No hearts Job Details Level 3 Trauma Center Mix of solo cases and supervision of residents Requirements BC or BE VT License (or will license) BLS/ACLS Call There is not any other generalist/other call responsibility Support Staff CRNAs (in cath lab and vascular rooms) Anesthesia Techs Patient Support Assistant Solo on non-call days, medical direction of AAs and CRNAs on call days. Occasional senior anesthesia resident on rural anesthesia rotation EMR Epic
