Paralegal - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist counsel with employment law issues, including immigration, recruitment, hiring, compensation, benefits, wage and hour, leaves of absence, accommodations, discrimination, harassment, performance management, discipline, termination, workplace safety, and government audits
- Track and monitor immigration petitions and applications with government agencies, ensuring timely submission and follow-up
- Maintain and update corporate books and records
- Provide litigation support, such as managing legal case files, coordinating with internal and external partners, gathering evidence, and reviewing documents
- Draft, review, and respond to subpoenas and requests for employment records
