Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions as prescribed by the supervising Physical Therapist and in line with physician orders.

- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes and concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program approved by the American Therapy Association.
- Current, unrestricted PTA license valid for the state of employment.
- Preferred: Minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a clinical or home health setting.
- Valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and current auto insurance to facilitate travel between patient homes.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned coverage area, up to 50% as needed.
- Physical capacity to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds during patient care activities.
