- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program approved by the American Therapy Association.
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant license valid in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
- Ability to travel within the designated service area (up to 50%).
- Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws.
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and provide patient support up to 50 pounds as required.
