Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program.
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license valid for the applicable state.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a healthcare facility, preferably with exposure to home health environments.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned branch or office coverage area to provide patient care.
- Must possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in compliance with state requirements.
