Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-accredited physical therapy program.
- Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of one year of professional experience in a healthcare facility, preferably with exposure to home health or rehabilitative care.
- Proven ability to travel within assigned coverage areas, with access to a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
- Physical capability to lift or transfer patients and equipment (up to 50 pounds).
- Strong documentation, time management, and organization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
