Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited physical therapy program.
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
- At least one year of experience working in a healthcare facility, with experience in home health preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and current automobile insurance.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned coverage area (up to 50%).
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, or support up to 50 pounds as part of patient care responsibilities.
