Primary Care Physician - Summary- Full-time, permanent Primary Care Physician opportunity focused on outpatient care
- Specialties considered: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Modern office setting with advanced EMR (eClinicalWorks)
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and provide primary care services, including preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and acute care
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate documentation and utilize EMR (eClinicalWorks) for patient records and care coordination
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
- Ensure a high standard of care is consistently delivered to all patients
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care as needed
- Respect and uphold all ethical, legal, and professional standards in healthcare delivery

- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid and unrestricted medical license
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR), preferably eClinicalWorks
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
