As a Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine/Family Medicine, MD/DO) in our Corpus Christi clinic, you will work alongside experienced healthcare professionals who value teamwork, quality, and innovation. Our clinic is committed to whole-person care, utilizing advanced electronic medical records (EMR) systems, including Allscripts and an integrated AI tool for efficient dictation, documentation, and clinical summaries. The position is 100% outpatient, with no after-hours call, night, or weekend shifts required, so you can focus on delivering excellent care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and senior patients in an outpatient setting
- Conduct routine check-ups, preventive screenings, and manage chronic conditions
- Develop personalized care plans based on best practices and patient needs
- Document encounters accurately using Allscripts EMR and integrated AI tools
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including nurses, specialists, and support staff
- Participate in clinic meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional development
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ($230,000 - $250,000)

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with adult and/or senior populations preferred
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Allscripts experience is a plus)
