Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary
- Deliver primary care services to a dedicated panel of adult and senior patients.
- Collaborate with an experienced team of medical assistants, schedulers, and referral specialists.
- Practice in a supportive, physician-led environment focused on patient outcomes and quality of care.
- Engage in a full-time, 100% outpatient role with an emphasis on work-life balance.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a small patient panel (up to 450 patients), primarily consisting of seniors with multiple chronic conditions.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for adult and geriatric patients.
- Provide care coordination and partner with in-house specialists in cardiology, podiatry, and other disciplines.
- Utilize holistic health services, including acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling, to support overall patient wellness.
- Leverage value-based care strategies to improve patient outcomes and system efficiency.
- Participate in scheduled administrative time for documentation and care planning.
- Work Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends, ensuring a positive work-life balance.
- Serve as a patient advocate, fostering trust and communication with each individual in your panel.
- Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive healthcare team environment.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $250,000+ with additional incentive bonus potential.
- Up to $50,000 signing bonus available.
- Partnership opportunities typically within 12-18 months, with a high rate of physicians advancing to partnership after one year.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine (IM), Family Medicine (FM), or Geriatric Medicine.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in FM, IM, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Commitment to value-based patient care and ongoing professional development.
- Spanish language proficiency is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered philosophy.
- Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania.
