The role of Product Manager at Provn offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a leading fintech platform dedicated to transforming financial operations for trucking carriers. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about shaping the future of finance technology and delivering value through innovative product solutions. As a Product Manager, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic environment, blending the agility of a startup with the robust resources and customer reach of an established industry leader. Provn, recently acquired by a top freight marketplace known for facilitating over $1 trillion in transactions, provides a collaborative, forward-thinking setting where impactful work is highly valued and recognized.

The Product Manager is a key driver of growth and monetization initiatives across Provn's core fintech platform. You will be instrumental in designing and executing a comprehensive product roadmap that streamlines and enhances financial workflows for carriers. By working cross-functionally with engineering, design, risk, sales, and operations teams, you will ensure that the platform continually evolves to meet the changing needs of its users. The platform consolidates invoicing, factoring, accounting, and banking in a single, user-centric solution, eliminating hidden fees and complex contracts that have traditionally burdened the industry. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on leadership to deliver products that are faster, smarter, and more valuable for customers in the trucking and logistics sector.

As a Product Manager, you will lead feature development from initial discovery through launch and ongoing iteration. Your responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of customer pain points through direct interviews, data analysis, and research. Leveraging insights, you will champion initiatives that expand the capabilities of the platform and accelerate its transformation into a comprehensive financial operating system for carriers. Your ability to work with AI and automation tools will be key to reducing manual processes and scaling operations efficiently. Furthermore, you will define and monitor key metrics to assess platform health and customer value, using data to guide future enhancements and strategic decisions.

Provn values a proactive, analytical, and collaborative approach to product management. Ideal candidates will have a successful track record of owning growth, monetization, or core product areas, and will thrive in environments where ambiguity is met with decisive action. You will collaborate with a small, high-performing team where both execution and strategy are essential. Strong communication and the ability to influence cross-functional partners are critical, as is comfort navigating the nuances of a startup culture within a larger organization. Experience with fintech, payments, banking, or logistics, as well as data querying skills, is highly advantageous.

Provn is committed to merit-first hiring and equal opportunity. The application process involves a challenge designed to showcase your critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. All applications are reviewed by real people, ensuring a fair evaluation process that values your unique approach and skills.
