Project Management Director, PMP - Summary- Lead, mentor, and oversee multiple project teams in a manufacturing environment.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required; master's degree preferred.
- Current PMP certification is mandatory for this role.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial position overseeing project teams.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with hands-on product management, especially in IoT, HVAC, or smart home devices, is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrates a strategic mindset and the ability to align project goals with organizational objectives.
