Project Manager – Tax Technology (PMP, ONESOURCE) Summary
The Project Manager – Tax Technology (PMP, ONESOURCE) is responsible for leading and managing client-facing projects that primarily involve ONESOURCE tax software implementations, often in conjunction with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in tax technology and ERP integration, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, waterfall project delivery environment. The Project Manager – Tax Technology (PMP, ONESOURCE) will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with client expectations while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders and project teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of ONESOURCE tax software implementation projects, including initial project planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
- Manage integration projects involving leading ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle (Fusion), ensuring seamless data flow and process optimization.
- Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment of objectives, and timely completion of deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing questions, managing escalations, and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Maintain proactive project oversight by tracking timelines, identifying risks, and implementing effective issue escalation and resolution procedures.
- Work in a waterfall project management environment, overseeing multiple concurrent projects and prioritizing tasks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including technical, business, and executive teams, to drive project success and continuous improvement.
- Document project plans, milestones, and outcomes, providing regular status reports to clients and senior leaders.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management with a focus on client-facing tax technology or ONESOURCE software implementation projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing ERP-integrated projects involving SAP and/or Oracle platforms.
- Proven track record managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, waterfall delivery environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, including direct experience managing client relationships, addressing escalations, and working with senior stakeholders.
- PMP certification is preferred but not required. Candidates with equivalent experience in structured project management methodologies are encouraged to apply.
