The Quality Assurance Specialist (QA Specialist) is responsible for overseeing and enhancing quality assurance processes throughout the facility. You will be accountable for conducting independent reviews and providing oversight in areas including critical utilities such as automation, equipment, and HVAC systems. Additional responsibilities extend to warehouse, distribution, inspection, labeling, packaging, batch disposition, and new product introductions. This position requires a thorough understanding of industry best practices and the ability to implement and sustain effective quality assurance programs. The QA Specialist (QA Specialist) will be a key subject matter expert, particularly in Trackwise, supporting investigations, root cause analysis, and resolution of deviations, complaints, and distribution events.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in GXP regulations and auditing techniques to identify gaps, drive process improvements, and ensure the highest levels of product safety and efficacy. The QA Specialist (QA Specialist) will also serve as the main point of contact for quality assurance in logistics, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in Trackwise, GXP regulations, and continuous improvement methodologies, such as a Yellow Belt certification or higher.
