Security Technician Lead - Summary- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of security technicians on-site.
- Oversee the deployment, installation, and support of physical security, access control, and AV systems.
- Utilize expertise in CCTV systems from initial design to ongoing monitoring and support.
- Engage directly in hands-on work at various construction sites.
- Maintain a strong on-site presence to ensure project success and system reliability.
- Supervise and coordinate lower-level technicians during project phases.
- Lead on-site installation and support for CCTV, access control, and physical security systems.
- Participate in the hands-on deployment of security technologies and AV solutions.
- Ensure proper functionality and integration of platforms such as CCURE 9000, Lenel S2, and Avigilon.
- Provide expertise and guidance during system design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor project progress and address technical challenges as they arise.
- Maintain detailed records of system installations and updates.
