Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Sr. BI Analyst) - Summary- Serve as a key member of the Data Analytics & Reporting division
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders to inform report and visualization development
- Design, develop, and deliver Power BI dashboards and data visualizations
- Utilize Microsoft Fabric and SQL for advanced analytics and reporting
- Support organizational decision-making with actionable insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders to determine reporting and analytics needs
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Power BI reports and dashboards
- Develop, implement, and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI
- Leverage Microsoft Fabric and SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all business intelligence solutions
- Collaborate with business units to interpret data findings and provide actionable recommendations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance BI reporting capabilities

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in business intelligence or data analytics
- Proven experience in gathering requirements and delivering business reports and data visualizations
- 4+ years’ hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL
- Direct experience with Microsoft Fabric
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
