- Review and validate all project schedules for accuracy, logical sequencing, resource loading, and risk assessment
- Perform advanced schedule analysis, including Time Impact Analysis (TIA), delay analysis, and forensic schedule reviews
- Collaborate with project executives, project managers, and field teams to ensure strategic alignment between schedule, budget, and project execution
- Provide executive-level reporting on schedule status, risks, and recovery plans for key stakeholders
- Support claims avoidance and resolution efforts through detailed documentation and comprehensive schedule analysis
- Participate in preconstruction planning, including schedule development, phasing, and logistics planning
- Ensure compliance with all contract requirements related to scheduling and periodic reporting

- In-depth understanding of CPM scheduling principles and construction sequencing
- Experience managing or mentoring scheduling staff in a construction environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
