Service Dispatcher - Summary- Coordinate service calls and technician schedules for HVAC and refrigeration operations
- Serve as a key communication point between customers, technicians, and internal departments
- Maintain accurate records and leverage technology to optimize dispatch efficiency

- Efficiently schedule and dispatch service technicians for HVAC and refrigeration service calls
- Monitor and adjust technician schedules in real-time to maximize productivity
- Communicate with customers to confirm service requests, provide updates, and manage expectations
- Maintain comprehensive service records, notes, and documentation for all calls and appointments
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or resource challenges
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of service requests
- Utilize dispatch management software and digital scheduling tools to streamline operations
- Deliver outstanding customer service and address client concerns with professionalism
