Working closely with the Lead Black Belt, you will ensure that all process documentation is consistent, comprehensive, and actionable, supporting future-state improvement discussions and organizational transformation.
As a Six Sigma Black Belt Consultant – HCM/HR (SSBB), you will leverage your expertise in process analysis and change management to empower organizations in their pursuit of operational excellence. The position is not focused on system configuration or technical delivery; instead, it centers on process documentation, stakeholder engagement, and driving sustainable improvements through well-defined workflows.
Candidates should possess an active Six Sigma Black Belt certification, with demonstrated experience in documenting HR, Payroll, or HCM workflows.
