Systems Administrator - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide advanced support for end users, resolving escalated hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Independently diagnose and remediate complex technical problems within IT infrastructure.
- Set up, configure, and deliver endpoint devices, ensuring security protocols and software requirements are met.
- Support and maintain endpoint management systems, user profiles, and workstation configurations to align with organizational standards.
- Develop and execute light scripting (using PowerShell, Bash, or similar) to automate operational tasks and enhance system efficiency.
- Utilize enterprise software deployment tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, ServiceNow) for software provisioning, updates, and ticket management.
- Interpret system architecture diagrams and technical documentation to effectively troubleshoot and maintain IT systems.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 8–10 years of hands-on IT support experience, including a minimum of 2–3 years at Tier 3/4 level.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint deployment, configuration, imaging, and software provisioning.
- Familiarity with enterprise deployment and ticketing tools such as SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow.
- Basic proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash to support automation initiatives.
