Your ability to quickly learn new internal tools, adapt to changing requirements, and deliver robust solutions will be crucial to the success of the team. Technical Artist - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Tech Art and Engineering teams to build and maintain art pipelines and tools for Character Art, Environment Art, Animation, Rigging, and VFX.
- Quickly learn internal artist tools, implement modifications, add new features, and resolve bugs as needed.
- Engage with end users to gather requirements, validate new functionality, and ensure the effectiveness of developed tools.
- Participate in planning discussions, task breakdowns, and provide time estimates for project execution.
- Handle constructive criticism, participate in peer code reviews, and incorporate end user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to art creation workflows and tool functionality.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Artist in game development or related industries.
- Proficiency with Maya, Unreal Engine 5, and scripting in Python.
- Experience working with 3D character-based game production pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term, stable, and portable systems.
- Experience creating user interfaces within artist DCCs, such as Maya, Unreal Engine 5, Substance, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with version control systems, including Perforce and Git.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills, especially in translating artistic requirements into sustainable workflow designs.
