Video Production Manager - Summary
- Oversee all aspects of video production from concept to completion
- Collaborate with creative, content, and operational teams

Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage production timelines for video-centric projects, with involvement in print and digital campaigns
- Coordinate internal creative teams, including creative direction, design, writing, photography, and video production
- Source, onboard, and manage external vendors, handling quoting and ongoing coordination
- Oversee production workflows to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
- Partner with internal operations, sourcing, legal, and finance teams to facilitate procurement, contracts, and approvals
- Track and document progress across multiple projects, providing clear status updates to stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between creative teams and external production partners, translating creative concepts into actionable production plans

Qualifications & Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in creative project or production management, particularly for video production workflows
- Strong knowledge of video, print, and graphic production processes, including sourcing and vendor management
- Experience supporting high-volume creative teams within an agency or in-house setting
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, while maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with project management and workload tracking tools
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate creative needs across teams
- Bachelor's degree in video production, graphic design, advertising, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Familiarity with asset management, proofing, or digital asset management platforms is preferred
- Experience with procurement or purchasing systems and collaboration with legal and finance partners is a plus
