Workday Reporting Lead - Summary- Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of Workday reporting and analytics solutions.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM and Workday Financial reporting.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership teams to address business intelligence needs.
- Drive data-driven decision-making through insightful reporting and dashboards.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday reporting and analytics solutions across the organization.
- Design, build, and maintain standard, advanced, and composite reports within Workday, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Configure and optimize dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to support HR, Finance, and executive teams.
- Translate complex business requirements into effective reporting solutions and data models.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define, monitor, and track key performance indicators that align with organizational goals.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting outputs within Workday.
- Utilize business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, to enhance reporting capabilities as needed.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Workday reporting functionalities and best practices.
- Document processes, data definitions, and reporting standards for ongoing reference and governance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 6–10+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or HRIS/ERP systems.
- Proven hands-on experience with reporting in Workday HCM or Workday Financials.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting tools, and analytics methodologies.
- Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experienced in leading Workday reporting implementations end-to-end.
- Demonstrates proficiency in building advanced reports and dashboards within Workday.
